A large, wrinkle-free silicone roller and big pressure cylinder keep the belt pressure stable and evenly distributed across the fabric width. The three-phase heating system, controlled by a precision temperature regulator, maintains uniform heat from front to back of the chamber up to 200°C for consistent bonding.
