ParaMount Fabric Shrinking & Forming Machine models PG-2800 and PG-3800 are designed to control fabric shrinkage, stabilise width and improve hand-feel before cutting and sewing. Using steam humidification and heating, with electric heating as auxiliary, the machine relaxes internal fabric tension and then dries it at adjustable temperatures up to 200°C. The 2100 mm working width, 40 cm maximum roll diameter and 0–20 m/min variable speed suit most knit and woven fabrics. Integrated fan cooling, accurate processing and folding output deliver consistent, dimensionally stable fabric that reduces rejection rate and unexpected shrinkage in finished garments.
